Record company created by the US branch of ATV Music Ltd. in circa 1972 lasting until 1976. Label: Granite Records Notable for album releases by Honk (2) and Edwin Starr. The label's extant recordings are now with Sony Music Entertainment and the estate of Michael Jackson (due to his 1987 purchase of ATV Music and its catalog) and its master recordings are managed by Sony Music's Legacy Recordings.
