Precious Material

First of all the Label name was meant to be 'Precious Material' but due to an error when the info was given to the art department it ended up as 'Precious Materials'. The label name was corrected on the later releases. The label was set up to release music being made for the pure love and not dance floor reaction. I wanted to give the artists total freedom to produce great music that you could listen to at home as well as a nightclub. We at the Basement label also wanted the Artists to sample as little as possible so creating original material, Precious Material. Some of the releases are produced in the studio and some are Recorded live performances."
