An alternative/leftfield music label based in Kyoto, Japan. KWAIOTO. KWAI refers to the disquieting presence of something insubstantial or the dark side that appears in various places. OTO is a sound world that is also expressed as "ne" in Japanese. As the name of the label suggests, their production philosophy is to make "KWAI" into music production, and they are actively releasing tunes with high depth. All the EP and albums launched so far have entered the top chart at Beatport and Junodownload.
