DP "Diskoton"

Socially owned company (Društveno Preduzeće) "Diskoton", as a record company of Diskoton label, was established in 1990 when RO "Diskoton" was renamed. It operated within the SP "Svjetlost" publishing house. In 1991, under the new market-oriented legal reform, it was restructured as a joint-stock company (limited by shares) (d.d.).
