Founded in 1965 by Pierre Péladeau as Quebecor inc. (now Groupe Québecor Inc since April 2012) Montréal-based company offering services in the areas of commercial printing, media (music , newspapers , magazines , radio , television) and telecommunications: cable, Internet and telephony. Pierre Karl Péladeau assumed sole management of the group since 1999. English name is Quebecor Group Inc..
