Komercijalna Banka - Skopje (Capital of the Republic of Macedonia) The bank was founded in 1955 as a municipal bank of the city of Skopje, which specializes in housing loans and business and financing of the municipal construction sector. In 1965 the first branch of the bank was opened in Skopje. Since 1 January 1966, Komunalna Banka has been converted into a mixed form of bank and has been given a new name: Komercijalno-investiciono bank Skopje.
