Pro-One Records was formed in the East End of London in 1992 by Mike Whittaker as an outlet for the growing underground hardcore scene. Early releases such as Hopa's "Raize The Bonez" and Utomica's "Rockabye" featuring Hopa, Martin Lee-Stephenson and label boss David Salvi were instant club hits. Pro-One also released Law and Auders early Jungle recordings including "Who Run Tings" featuring Martin Lee-Stephenson and Phillip Earle who later formed the record company of the same name. Pro-One later released many early Drum & Bass recordings, both pre and post amen.
