Recording and publishing of musical artworks, music management and bookings. Since 2006 the founder supports the careers of musicians from the Sinti and Roma community in The Netherlands. He provided A&R and management, being able to gain lots of experience while also being respoinsible for productions, sleeve designs, photography, publicity and what not. In 2010 his lifetime dream of becoming an independent producer and record label began to take form and evolved into something which would become Moncq Records.
