Re-started in 2018 to jump on the King Gizzard "Polygondwanaland" bandwagon, and has since remained active, specialising in short run releases, public domain recordings, and obscure formats. Whilst not a sub-label of Aaahh!!! Real Records, 279 Records is run by the same person.
