Mezzo TV

Mezzo TV is a French television channel that specializes in classical music, opera, ballet, jazz, and world music. Originally launched in 1992 as France Supervision, Mezzo began broadcasting under the current brand since 1998. The channel's owners with equal 50/50 shares are Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien and Canal+. In April 2010, Mezzo switched to high-definition and launched a "sister" channel Mezzo Live HD.
