Japanese independent label, mail order and show promoter active in Tokyo during the mid '80s, was run by Tsuneaki Oto (he's known as a lyric writer for the G-Zet song "Dog Eat Dog") with an association of Tomohiko Miyabe (of I.D.N. (2), ID-Japan Co., Ltd., Inner Directs and Inner Directs Co., Ltd.).
