Seattle, WA. Ever Rap's first release was 1988 "I Got Rules" by Chilly Uptown. Ever Rap was the rap imprint at Ever Rat Records. In 2007, David Ulysses Portnow, the founder of Ever Rat Records started a new label called Portnow Intertainment Group. At that time, Ever Rap's catalog was consolidated with Portnow Intertainment Group.
