Sprint Center
Настоящее имя: Sprint Center
Sprint Center (newly known as T-Mobile Center) is a large, multi-use indoor arena in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The 19,000-seat arena (with 72 suites) opened on October 10, 2007, and is notable for hosting Elton John for its inaugural concert, as well as Garth Brooks for nine sold-out shows in the span of 10 days later that year. Sprint Center effectively replaced Kemper Arena, which was built in 1974, just a few miles away in the southern portion of the West Bottoms. The arena's naming rights partner is T-Mobile USA, which completed a merger with Sprint Corporation in April 2020. The arena‘s name was officially changed to T-Mobile Center on July 9, 2020, to reflect the brand’s change.
