Argentinian label from the 70s founded as the rock division of Microfon by Jorge Álvarez. Talent specialized in local bands of prog and hard rock, It was also known as Talent Microfon (only use both labels if both of their logos are actually present). Approximate dates for label designs (only applies for Argentine releases) '73 to late 70s: Stamped Talent logo, sky blue label '85: Talent's 20 Años de Historia del Rock reissues - Printed Talent logo, blue label Somewhere in the 80s: Printed Talent logo, black label From 1990 onwards Microfon switched to CDs; the label was finally acquired by Sony Music. Several reissues of the Talent catalog are assigned directly to Microfon instead (via Sony).
