Canadian label from Edmonton, Alberta founded by Tommy Banks with partners Wes Alexander and Dale Partridge. Launched in September 1973 with manufacturing and distribution handled by Capitol Records-EMI Of Canada Limited. Part of the Century II organisation along with Century II Studios and Century Two Publishing Ltd.
