Venezuelan label created by Moratinos brothers. Since 1979 this label first specialized in releasing maxi singles and mixed compilations of Disco Music such as "City Hall" volumes one to seven, then around 1982 it published some British New Wave and Punk artists under license of U.K label Virgin Records being these Public Image Ltd, XTC, The Human League, O.M.D, A Flock Of Seagulls and Venezuelan New Wave group Pedro Perez Show (PP´S). and also published artists like Tangerine Dream and Mike Oldfield, The record label worked until the Moratinos brothers dissolved the company in 1984.
