SPER is the scronymous of Società Pubblicità Editoriale Radiofonica An advertising agency founded in 1980 by the Manzoni dealership (Gruppo L’Espresso) which specializes in collecting national advertising aimed at local radio stations and syndications. There is no source about its activity in distributing records. Any "Jukebox" sleeves are unofficial and ineligible for the database.
