Inner City Attractions was a music recording, production, and A&R entity established by George Semper. An all around music creator Mr. Semper released several groups, perfromed live, and produced events under the Inner City Attractions brand. Inner City Attractions recording exclusive counterpart Inner City Records produced several sought-after rarities including LP's "Themes's for Television Sports, & Aerobics", "The Perfect Circle", and Command Performance"! George Semper released subsequent one-off Patti Williams, Robinhood, Bretton Woods, and many more.
