Beggars Group

Label group grown out of Beggars Banquet Records. Founded by its MD, Martin Mills. Beggars Group is (as of 2008) the largest indie label group, spawning a number of in-house labels such as 4AD, Matador Records and XL Recordings & Young Turks. It has taken over other labels, such as Too Pure, Wiiija Records and Rough Trade.
