Manley van Niekerk Studios, Johannesburg

Recording studio originally launched by Ernest Fleischmann and partner. It was eventually taken over by David Manley and renamed. May also appear as plain "Manley Van Niekerk Studio", "MvN Studios", "Johannesburg Studios of Manley van Niekerk" or "Manley van Niekerk Ateljees" (Afrikaans). Engineers known to have worked there include Nino Rivera, Ian Martin, Willem Smallengange and John Lindemann. In 1969 it was sold to RCA/Teal Records along with the Capetonian and Rhodesian sister studios.
