Cape Flats Uprising

South African Cape Flats Uprising was created by activist and writer [a967489] as "an informal record, publishing and clothing label". It releases CDs, DVDs, books and magazines as part of the "Heal the Hood" initiative (itself founded in 1998) and is also a fundraising and social upliftment initiative for the youth of the so-called "Coloured" community living in the townships near Cape Town. The organisation has strong ties with Sweden where their CDs are distributed as well.
