Finnish record company. Active from April 21, 2005 to December 31, 2008. The company was originally founded when BMG Finland Oy and Sony Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy were merged in 2005. On January 1, 2009 the company was renamed to Sony Music Entertainment Finland Oy after Sony bought BMG's share of the company. NOTE!
