UK sales, distribution and manufacturing arm for its parent ODS Business Services Group GmbH. Incorporated November 15th, 2005 as Freshgain Limited but legally changed its name on January 6th, 2006 to Databiz (UK) Limited, the company's registered shareholder was German registered company LG Distribution GmbH, Databiz was on the verge of bankruptcy and the company was acquired by ODS Optical Disc Service GmbH (ODS GmbH) at which point the name was changed on March 10th, 2006 to ODS Business Services Limited and the Directors of the insolvent company ODS Optical Disc Service Limited were appointed Directors of the newly acquired company. By the end of 2006 the shares had been transferred to ODS Business Services Group GmbH the company that was created from the restructure of ODS GmbH after the divestiture of the insolvent manufacturing arm in Dassow, Germany. With the entrance of the parent company ODS Business Services Group GmbH into administration in Germany and the closure of the manufacturing facility in Dassow the UK company was forced into administration in April, 2008. The distribution business and assets were bought by Cinram Logistics UK Ltd. effective May 1st, 2008.
