Shakefork Records

Founded in 1990 in Downer's Grove, IL., by Ray Kolenko. In 1991, Ray handed control over to Scott Broadhurst of the band Friction (8). Scott ran the label until he moved to San Francisco, CA, in 1994, after which the label ceased operations. In December 2009, Ray announced on Shakefork's Facebook page that the label would be resurrected under the guidance of Neil Sandler of the band Gauge (3) who currently plays in Rollo Tomasi.
