EMI Music Denmark

Company of the Danish EMI branch. In general not a label - but in cases of Danish promotional releases also a label. In July 2013, following Warner Music Group's acquisition of Parlophone Label Group (which included the EMI operating company in Denmark), the company now operates under the name Parlophone Music Denmark. Michael Wermuth was Managing Director from March 2007 until the acquisition. Lars Toft held the title from March 1, 2004 until June, 2006. Michael Ritto was the Managing Director from 1992 when the danish division of EMI merged with Medley Records to form EMI-Medley, until February 2004.
