US mail-order CD (and until recent years, vinyl 45 RPM singles) firm based in California. It created its own house reissue label (from the MCA and Warner/Elektra/Atlantic catalogs mostly, with several really odd parings). Most of the singles have since been reissued by Collectables (with more fitting A and B-side pairings).
