While also working in management business and managing artists like Joe Jackson, Everything but the Girl, Hal Willner, Television, Tom Verlaine, Sweet Honey in the Rock and The Proclaimers they have for long time focused on publishing & administration only. Dennis Brown, Prince Lincoln Thompson, Augustus Pablo and Roy Cousins are examples, also illustrating their focus on reggae initially.

Since 2005 acting as Basement Music Brazil (co-founded by Semíramis (Semi) Telfer) publishing Brazilian artists like Mawaca and Spin Music (City of God), as well as their already established UK artists like Television and Willard Grant Conspiracy.
In 2016, BMG Rights Management acquired Basement Music Brazil, expanding BMG to Brazil
