MasterTone (8)
Настоящее имя: MasterTone (8)
U.S. record label (ca. 1922-1924). Originally manufactured by the Fletcher Record Company (Olympic (11)) for the Kaufmann & Baer Company, a Pittsburgh department store. Couplings and catalog numbers of early issues are identical to those of Olympic (11). After Fletcher suspended operations in late 1923, production of MasterTone shifted to the B. D. & M. Company. These records initially drew on masters from The New York Recording Laboratories, but later shifted to material from the Emerson Recording Laboratories (Emerson Records (2), Grey Gull).
