Canadian record label / production company / publisher owned by Larry Wayne Clark and Maggie Ross. Active from the 1980s until Clark's passing in 2013. Originally located in Vancouver, British Columbia it moved to Barrie, Ontario in 1996. Sometime later moved again to Saint John, New Brunswick. Production activities were also done in Nashville, Tennessee where Clark and Ross maintained a second residence.
