Canadian label from Toronto established in 1967 by Ben McPeek. First release was issued at start of July, 1967. Distribution was handled by Wholesale Appliances (Alberta & British Columbia), Caravan Record Sales (Ontario, Manitoba & Saskatchewan), and Trans World Record Co. Inc. (Quebec & Maritimes).
