Noise New York

Noise New York was a label and studio located on West 34th St, New York City. Originally owned by Frank Eaton and his brother Dwight, it was purchased by Kramer (2) in 1985 and operated until 1990, when Kramer left and set up Noise New Jersey. Noise New York was then taken over by Ira Heaps in its last incarnation.
