Gimme Music

British 'internet only' label started in 2000 during the final stages of the dot-com bubble: releases were available either as download (mp3) or alternatively as physical cds by mail order both only through their website. When the label's financial backer pulled out mid-stream in the wake of the dot-com bubble burst, the label had to close having barely started. Two releases were published, one by Echo & The Bunnymen and another by Rialto. A third release 'Untitled' by The James Taylor Quartet was announced but never saw the light of day.
