Jaguar Records (2)
Настоящее имя: Jaguar Records (2)
The Jaguar was Italian record label, active in the mid 60s.
Founded in 1963 by Benito Vassura, the seat was in the Galleria Passarella 1 in Milan. It was launched with the undisguised intention of competing with the already famous Clan Celentano: what you could tell from the label with the same color vanishing into each other (from top to bottom: dark brown, orange, yellow) designed by the same author of the other label, Mario Moletti and, above all, for employing the first defector from the group of Molleggiato, Ricky Gianco. The singer was the main Milanese artist of the label along with the Satellites, Monica Sandri, Peano Diego, Leopold (a singer of color), the tenor Gastone Limarilli, Mario Fabric (which debuted with this label), Sandro Massimini and others, among arrangers include Angel "Pocho" Gatti, Gian Piero Reverberi and Lawrence Whiffin. Gianco leave the label in 1966, and the same will end its existence around 1969. No record of this label was never reissued, or on vinyl or on CD, in its original form.
