Actuel (2)

French magazine founded by Claude Delcloo and published from 1967 to 1994. Actuel started as a publication focussed on free-jazz and alternative music, with strong links with BYG Records with which it organised the Actuel Festival, Belgium in 1968, and evolved, under the direction of Jean-François Bizot, into a magazine covering underground and leftfield subcultures of the 70s and the 80s. Actuel branched out into radio in the 80s, with Radio Nova (2).
