In the 1970s it was turned into a music studio by producer Rob Fraboni at the urge of Bob Dylan and The Band. The location during that time can be seen in the rockumentary "The Band - The Last Waltz " by Martin Scorsese.
The location was upgraded under new ownership in the mid-1990s. It houses two studios and a lot of old school analog technique.
