Adagio (2)
Настоящее имя: Adagio (2)
A dubious Australian label for budget classical music CDs. Most if not all the releases credit fake conductors and pseudo-fake orchestras — all based on the catalog of titles sold by the fraudster Alfred Scholz. In most cases the real artists remain unknown, though it is known that most of these are old analogue recordings made between 1968 and 1970 for Polyband and Primaton and by the Austrian Radio prior to 1977. The claim on the CD that these are digital recordings (DDD) is false.
The identical releases can be found under the allied Triple D label. The "generic" barcode used on all the releases by this label (9314223000022) is also fake and is the same one used on the Australian Payless Entertainment label.
The label has no identifying address or any other information, making it impossible to find the parent company.
