SM Publishing (Poland) Sp. z o.o. is a Polish affiliate of Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC, the world's largest music publishing company. Its heritage dates back to Sound-Pol publishing company, acquired by Sony/ATV in 2005. It also operates EMI Music Publishing Polska Sp. z o.o., a Polish branch of EMI Music Publishing since its acquisition by Sony-led consortium in 2012.
