Pirate label from Russia. Usually can be recognised by the following texts printed on releases: Лицензионное соглашение РАО 247/M3-95 LC 247/M3-95 Some releases also feature Oldis logo and Oldis license agreement number and date (035/МЗ-98 от 08.06.1998). "247/M3-95" and "035/МЗ-98" are IDs of of the license agreements between РАО (Russian Authors' Society or R.A.O.) and the label. Such agreements allowed labels to release CDs & cassettes for the Russian market in the '90s. But as it was reported, no money were sent by РАО to the Western right owners, so label's releases were actually pirate (Unofficial).
