AJ Records is an initiative by the Acid Junkies, hailing from Eindhoven in The Netherlands. The label is primarily a digital imprint, with high quality releases distributed my many popular online stores. Occasionally a vinyl or CD release will occur, depending on demand. The label artists are not limited to the Acid Junkies, they have invited their friends and fellow musicians to contribute. The style of music varies, but is mostly targeted at a dance floor audience. “Ranging from old skool acid bleeps to high tech electro with a scent of industrial and EBM-Body music, we can go anywhere we want with this label and that is exactly why we founded it” says Stefan Robbers. “Expect a series of of rereleases of classic tunes too, as well as some unreleased material from our treasure chest.” Acid Junkies are Harold de Kinderen and Stefan Robbers. Their reputation almost speaks for itself: Started on the notorious Djax-up-Beats label from hometown Eindhoven in the Netherlands, they developed into a legendary live act that has stormed the globe over the past ten years. With their constantly changing and renewing live performance they still move large crowds today and fit very very well in the latest 'New rave experience'. Their discography includes six whole albums, various remixes and outputs on many labels including the german Acid Tracks label.
