Magic Moon Records
Настоящее имя: Magic Moon Records
Magic Moon Records was the creation of Ral Lofting who was both a band manager (Shooter (4) who had one LP on EMI) and producer (Fred Gardner and Jeff Boult on Gem). Ral's other connections included some members of The Buggles.
Ral's vison for the label was as an out-and-out pop label with the UK arm of Bell Records frequently cited as inspiration.
Magic Moon Records produced a number of 45s from its stable of acts and one official LP (Mr. Money) and two 45s by (the peerless) Zoot Money. These latter releases came via a tortuous route of coincidences involving Zoot's occasional bass player (one Boz - but not as in Burrell), who was also bass player for The Producers (10).
After Magic Moon Records folded Ral was involved in other artistes notably Michael Christer who had one LP released on Virgin in the 90s.
