Phillip A. Scheib was Born in April 14 1894 in New York City, New York as Phillip August Scheib. He Composed all Terrytoons shorts from 1930-1968. And He was a Voice Actor for the Terry Bears and Conducted the Music. He Died in April 1969 at the Age of 74/75. in Westchester, New York
