Lisa Schneider (2)

Violinist in Austin, Texas, originally from San Antonio, Texas. Schneider began playing the violin in her school orchestra. While in high school, she also played with medieval/world music band Cantiga at the Texas Renaissance Festival. She then moved to Austin to attend University Of Austin. In Austin, she has played with a number of bands and musicians and specializes in ethnic/international folk music. Schneider is also a music teacher and composer and from 2008 to 2010 hosted the radio show What’s A Girl To Do on KOOP 91.7 FM.
