Dave Lewis (33)

Canadian professional hockey player and coach. As a player, he played in the NHL (National Hockey League) with the New York Islanders (1973-80), the Los Angeles Kings (1980-83), the New Jersey Devils (1983-86) and the Detroit Red Wings (1986-88). He also was successively an assistant, associate and head coach of the Detroit Red Wings from 1988 to 2004, the head coach of The Boston Bruins for the season 2006-07 and an assistant coach for the Carolina Hurricanes (2011-14).
