Johan Schinkler

Swedish opera singer (bass), born July 27, 1963. He is educated at the Opera Academy in Stockholm. He has sung roles at the Gothenburg Opera, Folkoperan and Värmlandsoperan, among others, and participated in the concert version of the musical Chess. Johan Schinkler was awarded the Friends of Folkoperan's soloist scholarship in 2008. He has also made the voice of Mufasa in the Swedish version of The Lion King and the ancestor of Mulan.
