Trev Turley

Trev Turley has been playing bass ever since 1968, seriously from 1970. Born in West Bromwich his career has spanned 5 decades, not only throughout the Midlands, but London too. Bands like, Ginger, Labyrinthus, Ferret, Still, Nick & the Dogs formed his early years, moving onto 3am, BBBB (Bare Bones Boogie Band), Malaya Blue Band, Joe Anderton Band and his current band the MoJo Preachers. At some point he often brings out his own band TT&F (Trev Turley & Friends) a bunch of seasoned session musicians that ranges from a six to a nine-piece band. 'Cherish Ever' a Legacy Album, released in 2021, is the jewel in his crown drawing on all five decades of music making. He has finally released (27/08/2022) his long awaited book 'Sky Trails & Pie Tales - An autobiographical memoir by Trev Turley'. "A bass-player's tale.
