Some Exercise is the solo project of producer and multi-instrumentalist Sam Pichonsky. Perhaps known for playing bass in short lived but celebrated art rock trio Parapet, Pichonsky made the move to Toronto in 2019 and began demoing anxious post-punk tracks, finding influence from early no wave and mutant disco artists like Come On and James Chance.
