Impromptu band put together for a tribute-concert to Acid Bath's bassist Audie Pitre (dead on January the 23rd, 1997) which took place on January the 31st, 1997 at Zeppelin's, Metairie, LA. The set was recorded and saw a limited release as the "Live / Demo '97" tape. The band featured Sammy Pierre Duet (Goatwhore, Acid Bath, Crowbar, Ritual Killer), Paul Speckmann (Master, Abomination, Speckmann Project, Death Strike, etc.) and Sage Johnson (Exiled, Fall of Empyrean, Master).
