Lyall Bay's Fiso Siloata, better known as FLOWZ, first garnered attention in 2001 as lead MC on the FOOTSOULJAHS debut “Stylz, Deliveriez, Flowz” on 2 Much Records. The project catapulted him into the Top 3 MC’s discussion in New Zealand, alongside at the time a relatively unknown SCRIBE & MAREKO. He followed up the debut EP with his participation in the FOOTSOULJAHS group album “Puttin In Work” 2004 and his 1st solo album “In The Heart Of The City” in 2008. His latest album "King of Wellington" came out in 2020.
