Songwriter, singer, drummer and guitarist that has been writing and performing music for over 50 years. Currently plays drums and sing and also performs solo on acoustic guitar and vocals. Based in Arlington, Texas. Originally from southern California, Johnson has been writing songs and performing in a countless number of bands since 1965. Eventually landing in Texas over the years, he recorded an EP with The Shades called “Acquainted With The Night”. His original “When Will It End?” was named the #2 Best Single of 2019 by Mike Lidskin of Woody Radio in Sacramento, CA. Wade has continued to perform as a drummer and solo acoustic guitarist/vocalist with his music reaching all corners of the globe from the U.S., England, Ireland, Portugal, Europe, and beyond. He continues to write songs and perform and is recording a full album of original songs in 2021.
