Dramah

Dramah is a melodic Hard Rock project created by Chema García (Desértica, Absidia and former Nocturnia keyboardist) Initially called Amnessia, they gave a concert throughout 2007. In 2009 they changed the name of the band and released a first demo of 5 songs under the name Dramah. Two years later, in 2011, they released their first album called “Sombras”, which has a great acceptance from the public and the media. The members of the group in this first work are: Chema García (Guitars and keyboards). Sergio García (Drums). Rubén Carrillo (Bass). Miguel Fernández (Voice). Recorded at Monsometal Estudio, under the production of Chema García who is in charge of mixing and mastering it. A long time later, and due to the lack of activity, Chema García decides to continue creating songs separately and turn Dramah into a personal project. In 2019, Chema began to write and record material, taking care of one hundred percent of the compositions, and the recording of all the instruments, with the idea of ​​making an album with several singers and collaborations. Thus arises "Alter Ego", his second studio album. The first two songs of the new album have the collaboration on the voice of the singer of the Norwegian band TNT, Baol Bardot Bulsara, who does a superb job. For the next songs, Chema contacted several singers, among them Kike Fuentes from Epicurea, who initially collaborated on the album, contributing his voice masterfully in three songs. The professional work of Fuentes in his collaborations and the interest and affection that he shows for the project from minute one, make Chema decide to incorporate Kike as the only singer of the project. In 2020 they finish the recording of the album and on April 15, 2021 they self publish “Alter Ego”. An album of 13 melodic Hard Rock songs with AOR overtones in some of them. Produced, recorded, mixed and mastered again at Monsometal Estudio by Chema García. Baol Bardot Bulsara's collaboration appears as two Bonus Tracks on the Lp. There are two other collaborations. In the song "Seven lives" Ana de Tena, who makes a beautiful duet with Kike. And in the song “Estraños”, the saxophonist Diego García. Dramah's style is very difficult to catalog, being very difficult to compare their music with any specific band, which makes it a very interesting musical project with its own identity.
